Personal Training
The last thing you want is to take advice from some fat guy. After he tells you to eat Oatmeal and Egg Whites and do 50 pushups in two minutes he hits the Pizza Hut and orders a double cruster. You pay him fifty bucks an hour and he keeps getting fatter.

What you want is someone willing to do the hard work just like you. We know the agony of dieting (it's actually eating well foerever) and training 4-6 days per week. We don't try to sell you supplements or hard-sell you 20 sessions. You can buy 1 you can buy 30. What matters when you get into personal training is the execution which is 85% diet. When you hire one of us, you'll get the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Nutritional Advice
We do not have certified nutritionists at our club. We're a mom-and-pop and proud of it. We can make a strong recomendation for you if you need someone certified. And, we encourage many members to take that route.We always tell our members that we are not certified in nutrition, however, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that you must know how many calories you're taking in and modify that according to your goals. Also, if you drink a lot of beer, chances are you're not going to lose a lot of weight. Duh!

$99.00 Assessment
This is one of our most popular programs. It's for members who cannot really afford personal training but would like to follow a strict diet and workout.
Not everyboby has the same needs so it's impossible to just "put you on a program". If you purchase this plan we will examine your diet, help get your nutrition on track and put together a 6-week workout plan together for you. Then, we'll take you through all the excercises to make sure you understand how to execute the workout. In addition, you can get these plans updated every six months for only $20.00.
